30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at reeseosborne9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send a return to an address without contacting us first. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging and included accessories when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
